A: Weekly group and individual sessions, over zoom. Group calls are on Mondays, from 5pm to 7pm, first session is on 18/08/2025, last session is on 15/09/2025. Individual sessions are 30min, and scheduled based on participant and mine availability. Bonus group and individual Sessions happen after the end of the program. - Q: “What if I miss one group session?
A: Group sessions will be recorded 📹 and made available shortly after the session. - Q: “Can I get this elsewhere for free?”
